Shipping

Each product is printed after it’s ordered — see the “Print time” shown on the product page for how long that takes before your order ships. Delivery is via standard courier across India, typically 3-7 business days after dispatch.

Shipping is charged once per order at the courier’s rate for your PIN code. Enter your PIN code on a product page or at checkout to see the exact amount before you pay. In some areas you can collect the order yourself for free; the option appears at checkout when your PIN code qualifies.

Cash on delivery

Paying online is the simplest and cheapest way to order. If you prefer, ready-made items can be paid on delivery on orders up to ₹1,000, where a courier that collects cash serves your PIN code:

• The courier’s cash-on-delivery charge is added to the order, and checkout shows it before you choose.
• You pay a small advance online (the shipping and the cash-on-delivery charge, at least ₹99) and the rest to the courier, in cash or by UPI.
• The advance pays the courier both ways, so it is not refunded if the parcel is refused or not collected.
• Personalised prints are made just for you and are always paid online.

Damaged or defective items

If your print arrives damaged or with a print defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll send a free replacement or refund.

Returns

Because every piece is printed specifically for your order, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. See our Refund Policy for exactly when a refund applies.
